CFRE International, the organization that administers the Certified Fund Raising Executive certification, has issued the following notice:
"Full participation in the Dental Education Fundraising Academy is applicable for 13.75 points in Category 1.B - Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification."
This means that if you attended the Academy and intend to apply for CFRE certification - or currently have it and intend to renew it in the future - your participation in the Academy will help you do so successfully.
Download a copy of the CFRE Continuing Education Tracking Sheet. It is advisable that you fill this out to keep track of your hours for the application form. Again, those can add up to 13.75 points (or credit hours) and only should reflect the sessions you attended. If you would like notice from the Our Legacy - Our Future office to verify your participation (not required by CFRE International), please email ulvestadj@ada.org.
