Other Park Projects
Other projects within the Richfield Parks system are underway, outside of the Our Legacy, Our Future Plan. While not funded through a local sales tax, these projects enhance the entire parks system and allow the city to better plan for its major investments.
Splash Pad (Veterans Park): The city is proposing a new facility to replace the current one that would be designed to support more activities for residents of all ages.
Key features of the new building would include:
Designated spaces for community meetings and gatherings
Modern kitchen to support community events
Gyms and sports courts
Indoor walking track
Donaldson Park Building: The city is proposing a new educational facility to replace the current building that would provide a beautiful, accessible and inspiring setting for residents and visitors to gather and reconnect with nature for many years to come.

A new state-of-the-art, energy-efficient facility
Fully accessible facilities and restrooms
